Harvey has over 35 years of technology experience in delivering client solutions and supporting key IT initiatives in the areas of project, program and compliance management.  Throughout his career, he has helped set-up PMOs, conducted assessments, managed IT transitions and migrations, built and moved data centers, designed business continuity and disaster recovery plans, focused on process design and improvement.  Over the past 10 years, he has been actively consulting with private equity firms, establishing IT infrastructures for new entities from international carve-out purchases in manufacturing and in healthcare.  As these are global organizations, Harvey has traveled extensively in North America, Europe, South America, South Africa, and Asia establishing technology infrastructures for these new entities.  Harvey has an ITIL v3 Foundation certification.  He has spent 25+ years in an IT management or director role with the past 20 years in an IT consultant role.  Previous employers include: Keane, Eckerd’s, Niku, ISM, and IBM.
